Rebooted PM2e--ISDN gone

One of the guys here rebooted one of our PM2e's to try to fix an
unrelated problem, and when the system came back up all our ISDN lines
came up No-Service. I have looked over the config thinking something may
have been changed without a "save all", but things look okay. Here is
one of the ports. The only thing I see is where for disconnect it
reads Temporary Failure. What's wrong? Or any suggestions?

Thanks.
