Radius and Block Time

I've recently moved my radius from NT to FreeBSD(Unix) and I believe
the perl scripts I used in NT will work with Perl in Unix, but for the
life of me I can't remember or find the command line I need for it to
do its job...

I've got RAPORT and RAQUICK, which are both pretty nice IMHO (for what
I need them for).
