Livingston Office Router Won't Remember W1 Settings...

I have a Livingston office router and whenever it's powered down, it
forgets the settings on port W1. After configuring the port, I reset it
'reset w1' and then 'save all' and then 'save w1' just for good measure.
It makes no difference. Whenever the router is powered back up, the
settings are back to the defaults on w1. Although ether0 remembers it's
settings just fine. Is there a fix for this???
