Portmaster 2e lock up

I have two portmaster 2e runing ver 3.3.1 and Linux. The first portmaster
in the last week has started locking up. It seems to lock up when all 30
ports are being used. You can not ping it, telnet to it or dial into it.
I have to do a power cycle and everthing starts working again. No hardware
or software changes have been made. The second portmaster works fine.

I have contacted tech support but have not got an answer only a case #.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what is causing this.
