RADIUS not logging in user

I am setting up RADIUS and when I try to login, I never seem to get
authenticated. The RADIUS logfile looks like this,

Tue Oct 1 21:36:00 1996: requester address mismatch: 0.0.0.0 != portmaster
Tue Oct 1 21:36:00 1996: Authenticate: from portmaster - Security Breach: paul

I am running Windows95. All IP addresses are setup fine. I know this because
if I put my users name into the PM, I can get connected. However, with moving
it to RADIUS, I get the above error. What am I over looking here?

The RADIUS server has my name and IP, net mask and all other info it needs. I
think. The RADIUS server is a Sparc IPC with Solaris 2.4, most recent RADIUS
from Livingston www site.... Installed per their instructions.
