YES YES YES.

I just this week got pricing for PRI (so I could consider purchase of a
pm3), and it was $1500 per pri, or about $65/B. Considering we can get BRI
for about 1/3 of that, let me make it extremely clear:

if PM3 had bri, I would buy one in the next month (and hopefully more
later). since it does not, I have no plans to buy any.

Having said that, I understand your timing point, because as i understand,
bell atlantic has much lower rates. It is too early to tell if/when nynex
will change their rates. However, I will explain breifly why I don't think
that it will happen. nynex appears bent on sucking us for everything we
are worth. As it stands now a plain T1 line to the co is about $1100. I
don't see them offering PRI for any less than that. I believe that even if
BA convinced nynex to lower the rates, they would just raise the mileage
rate to make it come out to the same number, in the $1500 range. On the
other hand, some people at nynex aren't too bright... they called me the
other day to ask my how Additional Call Offering worked!
