I have a user with a Bitsurfer Pro who occasionally gets kicked off the
Portmaster and then cannot reconnect. I'm trying to get him to upgrade
his Bitsurfer, and he has no idea what BIOS version it has...but it can't
be the latest. I'm running ComOS 3.3.2c1, and will consider 3.3.3 today.
