Hi Charles,

Some of the BSPro .inf files floating around limit Win95 to running
it at <=3D115K. Just a shot in the dark but you might want to check
for that as follows:

Edit the .inf file for your modem; find the "HKR,, Properties" line
for your modem in it (mot1116a.inf only has one); the next to
last group of 4, 2digit values sets the maxdte rate; change them
to 00,08,07,00; remove and reinstall the modem using the modified
.inf file. With luck you will now have a max dte rate of 460.8k.
(this value is the 32bit, byte reversed, hex representation of the=20
max dte rate; 00,84,03,00=3D230.4K, 00,c2,01,00=3D115.2K).
