Sooo, it'd be interesting to see what others find out about MCI's move into
their respective territories. It sounds very typical to me that MCI would
undercut by just a bit in each territory--after all, they have to get PUC
approval, and that holds em to that pricing for a while...

However, if MCI is going to be aggressive, this is what I mean about the
timing thing--with increasing deregulation, its tough to justify a new
product unless we see a solid trend against cheaper PRI prices.

Sooo, I guess the real questions come down to:

1. How long would it take for us to spin this product.

2. How many ports would folks who need this be willing to *commit* to?

3. Would the ISP/C or something like it be a way to do a cooperative volume
deal so that everyone who needs this can get in on the action? BTW, how
many of you are in the ISP/C? Thoughts on it?
