when a customer pops a busy server and they have a large mail spool
waiting...
and
they have check mail every 1 minute or something stoopid that will happen
quite a bit and it will "spool" their "huge" mail again while it is
already still spooling...
typically it is that or a modem flow control issue or a combo of
loaded server/check mail every 2 seconds/flow control... blah blah..
