The below IP addressing scheme won't work. You can't use the 206.100.242..0
class in a variable netmask, if not overlapping.

In particular, the use of 201 and 202 on the isdn link will cause problems.
I'm assuming that the netmask used by the PM2E and Cisco2501 is
255.255.255.0.

If you need a network for the isdn link, use the rfc1700 private networks
like 192.168.1.1.

Yes, in radius you can use the Framed-Route = "208.100.88.0 192.168.1.1 1".

For the cisco, yes, add ip route 208.100.88.0 255.255.255.0 206.100.242.2...
