Once upon a time Brian Lofurno shaped the electrons to say...
>I have a customer, he wants me to route him 15 IP's
>through his 28.8 connection on my pm2e. I know
>that I can do this, but are there any performance
>con's to this? Will this have a significant
>negitive effect on the rest of my dial in users on
>this pm2e.
>
>This particular user plans on running a HTTP
>server, FTP server, Mail server, and internet
>access from each desktop.

3 servers x 15 = 45 servers over a 28.8? He's so high his nose is
bleeding.

Unless the servers get next to no traffic this isn't going to fly about
as well as an X-29 with complete computer failure.

End users already complain that 28.8 is too slow just for surfing the
web - one connection. And he want to run multiple HTTPDs, each capable
of multiple simulataneous connections, over the same bandwith.

Can it be done? Yes. Will it hurt other users? Not likely, but the PM
will be buffering a LOT - might need more RAM. Is it harebrained? Yes.
Will he notice slowdowns? Definitely.
