Can you get the output from "debug 0x51" while this client attempts to
dial in? Sometimes it is helpful in figuring these cases out.
Sometimes this error is caused by having more than just TCP/IP selected
in the connection.

DUN requires that you successfully connect using the password before it =
will
save it. Has this person ever connected successfully with that =
"connectoid"?
