OR-HS W1 port not saving config (fwd)

Once upon a time Hub Internet Support shaped the electrons to say...

It is a HW & SW combination that caused this. We wrote around it as soon
as it was discovered - that is 3.4.2Lc1. The release notes for that on the
web have more details on what the trouble is, etc.
