Once upon a time Darren R Besler shaped the electrons to say...
>In a standard office router connecting to a PM2 configuration, the OR's
>RADIUS entry would include:
>
> Framed-IP-Address = x.y.z.1,
> Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.0,
> Framed-Route = "x.y.z.0 0.0.0.0 1"
>
>What is the significane or explanation for using 0.0.0.0 as the gateway?

It just means 'use the Framed-IP-Address' - useful when doing dynamic
assignment.

>What is the difference between specifying 0.0.0.0 as the gateway as opposed
>to using x.y.z.1?

With static addressing like this? Nothing really, a few more ticks for the
CPU to look up the IP and fill it in.
