I would take out the &W. You don't need to write it to NVRAM every time
you reset the modem. Sure NVRAM has a lot of cycles it allows for but
it is finite. You are shortening its lifetime by a hair for little or
no percieved benefit. Do the &W when you get them in and occasionally
if you feel you are having trouble with a modem, but its not necessary
every time you reset.
