Well, call waiting can cause it, or some crappy wiring at the
customer's side of things. I seriously recomend going through all your
lines regularly and do just a simple audiable noise test... Thats how
I diagnose noise problems. If I get a goofy wierd problem that I can't
seem to hear, I crank up my phat courier and ask it for its opinion of
things :)
