And so would the unix version if you don't configure it correctly.
Unforunately the ODBC interface adds a level of complexity that makes it
easy to gets things even more confusing. Many people ARE using RadiusNT
with ODBC just fine. If you tell me what the problems are, its probably
just a quick fix.
