Sorry to be asking such an elementary question, but I am new at this and
VERY desperate!
Our PM-2ER30 crashed last night about 9. It is running ComOS 3.1.4.
Could not telnet in and power cycling did not help. All cables and
connections have checked out OK.
Network is unreachable. Show All is missing ptpW1 in host column for W1
port. Show W1 is missing ptpW1 entry in Interface:
We have been struggling with this now for over 18 hours! If the answer lies
in the documentation, I can't seem to find it.
Will one of you please lend a hand? Thanks!
