You need a channelized circuit for dialup analog and ISDN. If you
wanted to use a PM3 at FCS, you'd need to order PRI. For those living
in areas where the telco only delivers channelized T1s through
bandwidth-robbing channel banks, you're *much* better off getting PRIs
anyway.
