Routing a subnet via PM2E async

I've seen many posts regarding this subject but find the majority of
answers very cryptic.

What would be the procedure for doing the following:

My ISP routes two class C's to the same serial port on my Cisco 2503.
196.xxx.220.0
196.xxx.150.0

I use the first class C 196.xxx.220.0 for internal hosts including
the PM2E. The PM has an ether address of 196.xxx.220.8 and assigns
IP's dynamically from 196.xxx.220.30 to 196.xxx.220.39. So the ether and
Async IP's are on the same subnet.

I want to route the second class C, 196.xxx.150.0 via an async port
with an assigned IP of 196.xxx.220.200.

The PM has RIP enabled, the Cisco not.
On the Cisco I've added a static route as follows:
196.xxx.150.0 255.255.255.0 196.xxx.220.8 1 where 196.xxx.150.0 is
the subnet, and 196.xxx.220.8 is the PM ether port.

On the PM I did - add netmask 196.xxx.150.0 255.255.255.0
In Radius for the async connection I've created framed-route
196.xxx.150.0 196.xxx.220.200 where 196.xxx.150.0 is
the subnet, and 196.xxx.220.200 is the assigned async IP.

Is this the correct procedure, and can the ether port and async ports
on the PM be in the same subnet in a routing application.

Thanks
