2. Main site has 2-e30s remote site has 1-er30 1-e30.
3. ALL MODEMS at both sites are IDENTICAL (brand ommited on purpose).
4. Sites are connected via frame-relay (and it isn't my first or only t-1).
5. All dial-in users authenticated via radius (tastes great, less filling).

6. Main site works flawlessly. (an ISPs dream modem pool(s))
7. Remote site having ring-no-answer and dropped connections.
8. Changed out modems, cables, phone cords, no change.
9. beleive problem lies with telco (USWEST).
10. Order standard line test.
11. I go to watch said test and get results.
12. Test completed, with good results, by telco standards.
13. Telco tech informs me that the test should be great since it just
goes down the road to a PAIRGAIN SWITCH then to the CO.
14. It rains at remote area and at main site.
15. remote site problem reports go way up, main site still ok.
16. I HAVE HAD IT. We are ready to "POP" up all over the place if we can
find a test for or solution to this problem
18. $ is no object up to the cost of moving closer to the remote CO and
having new lines dropped.
19. EXACTLY what tests do I have to MAKE them do to PROVE one way or the
other what is wrong. If you know the proper telco-tech terms to use
that would be great. I WANT this thing FIXED NOW.
20. If you have any other comments that might BE USEFULL, to me, the
PUC, or my boss (the angry one, who beleives its all my fault) send it
over.
