Not by default, you'd have to code this.

I would recommend doing it via RADIUS. Set Session-Limit dynamically with
the users remaining time. And when they logout set it to be the time they
have left for the next session.
Of course, it gets sticky. What if they login at 23:50 with 15 minutes?
They'd be booted at 00:05 - no way to change the limit on the PM once the
login is underway.
