I have had client connections being terminated inadvertently like several
other providers. The following messages were observed as a result of these
terminations. What exactly does this indicate? Is there possibly a port
problem (this is a USR Total Control System)?

Received LCP_TERMINATE_REQUEST on port S9 of 0 bytes containing:

Sending LCP_TERMINATE_ACK to port S9 of 4 bytes containing:
06 03 00 04
