Hi Mike,

Don't know if it is related to what you are seeing but
I think the bogus IP addr needs to have all octets
greater than 100 (might just be for FTP to work; it
probably modifies the PORT xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx in place).

Can the PC ping the bogus IP addr of the P25?
Can the P25 ping the bogus IP addr of the PC?
