Merit RADIUS can do so, specifying a different user file prefix by
IP address or hostname of the NAS (Portmaster or other device).

At least it used to....I haven't built 2.4.23(basic) yet, but the
raddb/clients file that comes with it still has that template.

(But the documentation differentiating their new "basic" and "enhanced"
versions is still sketchy).
