I think I've found another issue - people aren't getting good connects w/
the modems. I was just on the phone w/ a new Mac user calling our PM3.
He has a SupraExpress 14.4. The first time he called in, the PM3 reported
a 4800 connect. Every time after that it's a 12,000 connect. He gets
14.4 calling our USR TC analog lines. While working w/ him I could hear
the modem either retrain or "hang" while trying to connect. I was working
w/ another user last night and she was getting 19,200 w/ a Zoom V34X 33.6
modem. My USR Sportster 33.6 gets 26,400 or 28,800, but it usually
connects well w/ any modem. My Boca 14.4 retrains while connecting,
but it ends up connecting at 14.4. Any idea???
