No hard number - it depends on so many factors it can't be limited to one
number. But our rule of thumb is if you have more than 100 users, use RADIUS.
Personally I'd use RADIUS if I had more than 10 - RADIUS is just so easy
to use. I have never heard of anyone who regretted using it instead of
the local table - and countless people glad they switched.
