Mike ... There is an outfit called "Emerging Technologies" who have a
piece of software called "BWTUNE" which allows you to set the
"bandwidth" to a specific IP address. I would think yo ucould write a
script which would check the system time of day and perform "bandwidth"
adjustments as required. This may be what you are looking for. If you
are interested I'll look up the address and Phone # for you ( I'm
currently at home and the info is at the ISP Site - isn't remote control
wonderful... ).
