Upgrade to 3.3.2c1 or 3.3.3 ASAP. There is a known problem with reboots
in 3.3.2. I had a problem one day while running 3.3.2 where all of my
modems would answer, but then just hang up right away. I rebooted the
Portmaster, and the modems started answering right away again. The same
thing happened again later that day, so I upgraded to 3.3.2c1 right away,
and everything has worked fine since then.
I've seen one or two users complaining that 3.3.3 has resulted in
increased disconnects, so you may wish to just use 3.3.2c1.

Why wouldn't you just upgrade it via the WAN port, or hook up the PC via
an ethernet card to the PM? I think a serial port load would take forever
at 9600 baud.
There is a way to upgrade via the console port, but I've heard of the
ComOS getting corrupted during the upload.
