On your PortMaster turn on the debug that will allow you to monitor
disconnect reasons from a console session at the command prompt.

Command> set console
Command> set debug term on

Then monitor the reasons why your users are being disconnected. For more
detailed information on the disconnect reasons go to our web site at
http://www.livingston.com under "Customer Service" under "Application Notes"
and check out "debug flags".
