I recently put a Cardinal 33.6 modem on one of our incoming lines. When
I establish a cslip connection the response is very jerky, eg. if I do
an ls -l on a long directory I'll get a third of the screen, a pause,
another third, a pause, and then the rest. Do I have something
configured wrong or is the problem with the Cardinal? The portmaster
port is set to 115k.
