Win31/Trumpet and PM3?

I noticed this message on the Livingston Web site. We are also
experiencing the same problem. I know that that our DNS was not down at
the time. I am currently working the issue with Livingston support, but
our Livingston PM3 can not be put attached to our PRIs during support
times. I was wondering if you have heard of a fix/solution for the
problem described below.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
