Drop Carrier

Howdy all,
Many of my customers are being disconnected randomly, but as always,
this doesn't happen all the time. Radius says

Acct-Terminate-Cause = Lost-Carrier & User requested.

I couldn't find anything, from a quick look, in the n2h2 archives. Would
ComOS 3.3.3 solve this I'm using 3.3.2. What else could be the cause. I
have my pm2e-30 set to HARDWARE FLOW CONTROL, 38400bps.

Is this a problem with the pm2e or would it be more likely to be a user
problem?
