That's good. So does that mean that Radius error messages are accurate?

Ok, I noticed that in control panel, under system (WINDOWS 95), Device
manager, and then select the properties of the modem com port, that it is
not set to a reasonable baud and flow control is on XON/XOFF. Would this
matter EVEN if under the modem settings, it is set to use HARDWARE flow
control?
