We recently experience this problem some one month back. Some users =
called in (mostly Mac user) saying that they cannot browse the =
internet and that the error mesage was DNS entry not found.

We began calling Apple and even Netscape support for help. Then the =
windows users started to have the problem.

Tried also tweaking our router and it seems to work on the assumption =
that we are using Virtual IP addresses.

But we do not think the problem is solved as we still get some users =
having that problem.

Hope that someone out there has an answer to it. The main problem =
with it is that it is not across the board but only happen to some =
users.

Thanks in advance for help from anyone.

Regards
daniel
