Does Ascend even have an ISP pricing program other than ripping ISPS off
on Max 4000s with refurbed 8 modem cards?
The prices Starcom lists for Livinston products appear to be ISP pricing.
I know that most businesses who are not ISPs could not get pricing
anywhere near that low at most resellers.
Since Starcom lists only ISP prices for Livingston, it would be natural to
assume that the Ascend prices are also ISP prices.
