pm2 "Modem Config: " question

Below is a copy/paste of a PM2 ComOS 3.3.2c1 "show s4" reflecting a
"Modem Config: None" entry. After doing a "reset s4" the port
shows "Modem Config: Configured".

Is the "Configured" keyword simply indicating the modem table
entry was sent? I'm assuming the normal pm2 operation is to change
that keyword to "none" after an incoming call is properly handled,
right?
