Not really. This would be needed to support extending PRIs to different
COs. You should be able to extend a PRI to a coverage area instead of a
setting up a POP. The PRI on the PM3 would allow the provision of
analog/ISDN service to any area as long as the T1 mileage makes sense.
If the 2 PRIs are served out of 2 switches in the same CO, they probably
wouldn't hunt.
