Yes. And if the user isn't logged in anymore it doesn't take too long to
scan the logs for mapping the user/port to the ip. It doesn't matter how
physically far away your PM is - you don't need to look at it, you just
telnet into it and your server to look at logs.

I am more on Livingston's side with this. Advantages of having a pool
like we currently do are: if a user gets cut off they can come back on and
request the same IP to resume their TCP connections, if someone logs in to
a port that someone just got cut off from they can take all of the TCP
connections, etc.
