Invalid cell for flash 0/0 - 7

I flashed my PM3 to 3.5c1. Every second reboot now causes the following
error:

Starting FLASH Boot.....
Booting From Flash Type 28F010
Invalid cell for flash 0/0 - 7

Starting Net Boot.....
Sending RARP request for 0:c0:5:4:3:b
Sending BOOTP request for 0:c0:5:4:3:b

Note that if I hit escape and tell it to reboot, it will boot fine, until
the next boot, which will fail, and the cycle restarts.

I tried reflashing, then went back to ftp.livingston.com and got a fresh
copy of the archive and flashed again but I still have the same problem.

Any ideas?
