Can't help you there - but call in and ask for RMA. They should be able
to locate the unit.

It's gotta be a config issue - something different between the PM's...
Try 'pmreadconf' from a working unit and then load that image into the
loaner. Immediately change the IP settings since they'll be the ones
from the other unit. That should give you an identical config. (Oh,
make sure they are running the same release of ComOS before you do this.)
