Expiration is a Check Item, not a Reply Item, so must be listed on the
same line as the username. See

I don't know for sure without seeing your whole RADIUS users file, but I
would guess that what is happening is that the incorrect Reply
Items listed (Expiration) is confusing the RADIUS server, so it replies
with incorrect information to your PM. If you have a DEFAULT entry, it
may be picking up PPP from that, or it may be a default somewhere.
Anyway, try moving the Expiration item up to the username line and see
what happens.
