> What phone company is that?
Centel-Florida (A division of Sprint) ... While we've had our share of
problems (Bad phone lines, etc), we haven't had a major problem when we've
needed something done. When we had a problem with dirty lines (Only
getting 26.4 or 28.8) they did some work to clean them up. When we
bitched because they didn't have enough pairs to provide us new service in
a timely fashion, they wired additional service to allow us room to
expand. When we had a problem with a cross-connect box (Most recent
problem) they moved our lines out of the box so the normal engineers
wouldn't "accidentally" mess something up.
I can't say they've been perfect (We had a recent problem with our T1 that
wasn't fixed in timely manner - It's supposed to take less than an hour)
but every once in a while someone listens when I have a problem. <G>
Of course, I can be stubborn when I have a problem and no one's listening.
