Note carefully the use of future tense. The PM-3 does *not* support
Channelized T1 yet. Once it does, you should be able to configure one
line for PRI and one line for T1.

Also, someone else asked if they could use three 10 port cards and two
8 port cards to get 46 modems, instead of buying six 8 port cards and
having two spare modems. Yes, you can mix and match modem cards
however you like. An advantage of having six 8-modem cards is that the
PM-3 tests the modems (OK, DSPs) after each call and busies them out if
they fail self-test, so if you have extra modems you get automatic hot
sparing, and can then replace the hot-swappable card at your leisure.

The second reason you may want to have 6x8 instead of 3x10+2x8 is so that
when we add NFAS support you can switch to that and use that 47th channel
for revenue.

The third reason you may want to have 6x10 instead of 6x8 is so that we
can make more money. Oh, wait, that's the reason *I* want you to buy
6x10. Sorry for the confusion. :-)
