I've noticed that our PM3's don't ring when you call them. They work
fine, but it's disconcerting how they answer "before" the first ring. :-)
There's never had a similar problem with ours not answering (although they
just went online yesterday afternoon, give them time!) so this is just a
stab in the dark, but have you tried "set all modem on" and "set all login
network dialin".. ?
