Not true, the web server just handles its own Class C (virtual hosts
via ipalias). If the web server goes down, then those virtual hosts
are no longer advertised which is what I expect to happen (httpd is not
running after all) If our customer's have other IP's for other functions
they are taken off a different Class C (that of our static IPs)
