But, if i configure my ISDN as both circuit switch voice and data, can not i
get the same interchangeability as with the PRI? That is, both an analog
modem as well as an ISDN TA using an ISDN CSD line at their premises should be
able to call this ISDN line (together, if the ISDN call is only 64K), right?
Then using livingston's magic digital modem, the analog modem should be
serviced & the ISDN call should go straight thru. Or do i misunderstand the
function of ISDN voice?

At least in michigan, we have to expect that most of the ISDN calls we will
get (at least from businesses) will be CSV calls since they are not metered.

Here, in our local area, the question is somewhat moot. We don't have many
requests for _dial-in_ ISDN service (we DO have many 'nailedup' ISDN calls).
My guess for the reason for this is 1) only a limited area has ISDN service
and 2) the likely users are also serviced by TCI cable modems so people opt
for 4 M bps service for slightly more than the same price as an ISDN line (or
10 M bps for just over twice the ISDN price).
