What I could /really/ use is the ability for the PM3 to grab the
caller-ID info, check a list of local prefixes, and only answer
if it's a local call. If the caller-ID info is non-local, a
call-back could be initiated (checks a list of allowed call-back
prefixes).

This would allow us to offer toll-free access to a much larger
subscriber base. We have one-way free calling to 5 prefixes
(pop. 40K), but it's a toll-call from those prefixes to us.

Now if I could get Win95 to handle call-back..
