Well, let me suggest some debugging information you can collect for MOnday.
On Monday, call in and open a case so that we can help you.

On a telnet session that can log to a file, or a LARGE screen scroll
buffer...

Command> set console
Command> set deb isdn on
Command> set deb 0x51

Have the Gandalf call in an connect.

When you are finished testing...
Command> set deb off
Command> res con
